I will be going to Changi Airport in a few hours, I just got up and would like to update my last entry from Singapore. I’ve been so busy these last two days packing and meeting some people to say goodbye, the hardest part is with Chubby as we’ve been so close these past 7 years or more. The reason why I moved to Singapore to study when I was studying in the Philippines was because of him, I met and fell in love with him through the internet when I was in the philippines and so I moved to Singapore to be closer to him, although our relationship didnt work out, we’re still close and be friends, he’s my closest person when I need anything in Singapore, he was my friend, my lover and now he’s like an older brother to me, I’ve known his family and so I went to meet them as well. I still love him as a brother, he’s always been taking good care of me, Thank you Chubby and I love you from the bottom of my heart and I know in my heart that we will meet again soon! He said he might come to Jakarta in December to see me, YAY!

I havent finished packing everything, I even left or throw some old clothes away as I have no time to give them to the charity, Chubby said he will send some of the boxes that are left behind to Jakarta for me, how sweet of him! My older brother and my youngest brother are going to pick me up in Jakarta, I cant wait to meet them and then my mom, we’re all going to have a reunion and talk talk talk talk all night!

I am glad that all my mails that I sent for my online friends have reached them, I am glad you all like them and I will of course send more letters in Jakarta perhaps on X-mas! I love you all and I’ll see you again soon!!

I’ve been packing like crazy! I mean really insane! I’ve been living in Singapore since 1998 so imagine the stuff that I bought over the years…my old school books, my novels and all the collection of teddy bears and plates and see/speak/hear no evils , my shoes and bags etc etc…urghh. There are at least 7 big boxes and I still not yet done packing, I already pack my clothes, at least now the packing is done 90%.

I will only be taking these two suitcases to the airport and a handbag. All I need to do now is to pack the balance of stuff and then clean my room tomorrow! Going to be another tiring day *sigh*. I hope friday night I can finish everything and relax as I dont want to be too tired on the day I’m flying…as I’m always paranoid about airplanes even when I often fly over the years hahaha!

Anyways, on side note:

I went to Clarke Quay the other day and surprised how changed it was since the last time I went there last year. It was a flea market before but now, they turned it into a sophisticated place of pubs and shops. There’s a pub called One Night Stand and I think it’s kinda cute so I took a snap of it, took more pics there and the last is the marble bowl of water fountain that I took at the rooftop garden at Esplanade, I just love it! I think I’m gonna miss Singapore!

I have been busy packing my stuff, it turned out I have so many stuff than I realized. I bought 3 big boxes from the Singapore post thinking that I might as well send them by sea because it’s cheaper even the counter girl said it will take a month to get to Jakarta. I havent even pack my clothes yet, I have about 500 books to pack and my teddy bears collection. I only have at least 2 more days to pack everything and send them by sea.

I will be collecting my Plane ticket on friday and meet some people to say goodbye. I also need some last minute shopping for presents and clean my room coz I want it to be just like the way it was when I first stayed here years ago. Oh man…So many stuff and I dont know what to pack first!

I went to buy my plane ticket to Jakarta today, I was shocked on how much the airport tax they charge now as some of them are almost higher than the ticket itself, and my ticket is not even a return ticket but anyway I was planning to go on Sunday the 20th but all flights are full so I took the Saturday Flight on the 19th August’06 by Garuda Airlines GA 897 departing from Singapore at 4.10pm and arriving in Jakarta at 4.45pm Indonesia time.

I will be sending emails to all my friends informing my new address in Jakarta and contact numbers, I know I wont be able to get online as often as I would like to anymore once I’m in Jakarta but I will try to find a cyber cafe there and get online once in awhile. I will be busy packing and other stuff these few days but I will try keep updating the blog untill the day I’m flying to Jakarta.

Chubby asked me to accompany him to buy a D.I.Y shelf for his storage room, so we went to Ikea at Alexandra Road. It is a really big place with lots of sections from Living rooms to Kitchens, I love looking at every showcases especially the kids’ section where they have different designs for kid’s bedrooms, I feel like in a wonderland.

It was really crowded there as it’s the last day of the sale, we had to queue for half an hour or more to pay, Chubby bought lots of D.I.Y shelfs that will be delivered to him on Wednesday.

I am going to buy my airplane ticket tomorrow morning and if i’m lucky I could get the ticket to fly on Sunday the 20th , time sure flies!! I have so many things to do before I’m going home to Jakarta!
